Once a region
synonymous with comedy of the Borscht Belt-variety, Catskill,
New York takes center stage once again as The Catskills Comedy Festival comes to town (and bars, theaters, cafes and
lounges) for three weeks in October 2024.
To commemorate
their inaugural event, the Festival recruited well known illustrator
Bob Staake (in a former life he even wrote comedy material
for Joan Rivers, Rodney Dangerfield, Jay Leno, etc) to design
their iconic poster featuring, what else, a cackling cat.
It's big, it's
colorful, and if you're into comedy, it'll stand out (or stand
UP) on your wall.
