A lecture or presentation delievered before a small or large group can take on a variety of forms, but generally speaking, this is the format that tends to work best:

Speaking Event or Lecture by Bob Staake (1 hour to 1.5 hours):

. Introduction of speaker Bob Staake by faculty member, colleague or host

. General Comments by speaker regarding his career

. Address by speaker on specific subject determined by host

. Slide Show presentation with specific comments on the pieces (anywhere from 25 to 40 slides)

. Question + Answer session and informal discussion on whatever topics are posed by audience

. Book/Poster Signing can be arranged as a way to finish the presentation (this can prove an excellent means for the host to recoup honoraria)

The above is simply an outline of the format that traditionally proves to work best. The speaker is extremely comfortable talking on a variety of topics and will be happy to deliver a presentation within any format requested by the host.

"Whenever I speak before a group, my goal is the same: To share my experiences and honest views on commercial art in a visually provocative manner designed to encourage enthusiastic audience participation.

I like to motivate people and electrify them with a creative spark that compels them to rush back to their studio, drawing board or computer mouse."

- Bob Staake
